Return & Exchange Policy

No returns
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described below.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• The item must be free from perfume, makeup, stains, or any signs of wear

To request an exchange, contact us at info@duriyaofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Once your exchange request is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. After we receive and inspect it, we'll ship your replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we'll contact you to choose an alternative.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@duriyaofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, so we can make it right.

Non-exchangeable items
Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized orders cannot be exchanged.
